Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
