Description

A comforting and creamy chicken and rice soup casserole that is perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
