Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  5. Reduce heat to low and stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  7. Slice the cooked chicken and add it to the sauce along with the drained pasta. Toss to combine and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

  • This dish can be made ahead of time; simply store the cooked pasta and sauce separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
