- 12 Jumbo Pasta Shells
- 1 cup Macaroni
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Milk
- 6 strips Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the macaroni in the same pot as the shells.
- Sauté garlic in melted butter for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Make the cheese sauce by stirring in cream cheese, milk, and cheddar cheese until melted.
- Combine macaroni, crumbled bacon, salt, and pepper into the cheese mixture.
- Stuff each shell with the cheesy mixture and place them seam side up in a greased baking dish.
- Add breadcrumbs and extra cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
Great make-ahead option; prepare shells a day in advance, bake fresh for dinner. Customize with spices, cheeses, or veggies if desired.
