Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add the garlic and mushrooms, cooking until the mushrooms are tender.
  5. Stir in the broccoli and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
  8. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing well to coat.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
