Description

Delicious and creamy stuffed pasta shells filled with a savory seafood mixture, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, shrimp, crab meat, Parmesan cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, heavy cream, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the seafood mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • Feel free to substitute the seafood with your favorite options.
  • Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
