Description

A delicious and indulgent dish featuring tender steak and pasta in a creamy, spicy garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then sear in a hot skillet until desired doneness; remove and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add red pepper flakes and heavy cream; stir to combine.
  5. Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Slice the steak and add it to the sauce along with the cooked pasta; toss to coat.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to control the spice level.
  • For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
