Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper, then sear in a hot skillet until desired doneness; remove and let rest.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add red pepper flakes and heavy cream; stir to combine.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Slice the steak and add it to the sauce along with the cooked pasta; toss to coat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to control the spice level.
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
