Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Top with breadcrumbs for added crunch.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
