- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese evenly over the top.
- Top with breadcrumbs for added crunch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
