Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into cupcake liners in a muffin tin, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool completely.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes with chocolate frosting.
- Decorate with gummy worms and edible spiders on top.
- If desired, mix green food coloring into the frosting for a spooky effect.
