- 1 cup cornmeal

- 1 tsp salt

- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- For Lime Crema: 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 tbsp lime juice, 1 tsp lime zest, salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Dip fish fillets in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the fish until golden brown and crispy.
- In a small bowl, combine sour cream, lime juice, lime zest, and salt to make the lime crema.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet.
- Assemble the tacos by placing fish on tortillas, topping with cabbage, avocado, cilantro, and a drizzle of lime crema.

- For extra crunch, double fry the fish.
