- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each turkey fillet in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the fillets to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve the crusted turkey fillets with cranberry sauce on top.
