Ingredients

  • 4 turkey fillets
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each turkey fillet in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the fillets to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Serve the crusted turkey fillets with cranberry sauce on top.
