A simple and delicious Dump-and-Bake Chicken and Stuffing Casserole that combines tender chicken with savory stuffing for a comforting meal.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 box stuffing mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the chicken mixture.
- If using, add the mixed vegetables on top of the stuffing.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the stuffing is golden brown.
