Ingredients

Scale
  • Crust:
    • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
    • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
    • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • Filling:
    • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Jello Layer:
    • 1 package (3 oz) strawberry jello
    • 1 cup boiling water
    • 1 cup cold water
    • 1 cup sliced strawberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove and let cool completely.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  5. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  7. Spread the cream filling evenly over the cooled crust.
  8. In a separate bowl, dissolve the strawberry jello in boiling water, then stir in cold water. Allow to cool slightly.
  9. Add the sliced strawberries to the jello mixture, then carefully pour it over the cream filling.
  10. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set. Serve chilled.
