Description

Decadent layers of graham cracker crust, chocolate, butterscotch, and coconut come together in a delightful treat that’s perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the coconut, followed by the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and nuts.
  5. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the layers.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

These bars can be made ahead of time and taste even better after resting. For a quicker cooking method, an air fryer may be used.
