- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the coconut, followed by the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and nuts.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the layers.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
These bars can be made ahead of time and taste even better after resting. For a quicker cooking method, an air fryer may be used.
