Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and sliced bell peppers; sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix honey, black pepper, and soy sauce.
  6. Pour the honey pepper sauce over the chicken and peppers; stir to coat.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet; toss everything together until well combined.
  8. Season with salt to taste and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
