Ingredients

  • 12 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella balls
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the tortellini, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, mozzarella balls, red onion, and basil.
  3. Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
