- Mix the flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar in a large mixing bowl until well incorporated.
- Gradually add the yogurt and water into the dry ingredients, stirring until a shaggy dough forms.
- Dust your work surface with flour and knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into small balls, roughly the size of a golf ball.
- Roll each ball into a flat circle about 1/4 inch thick.
