Ingredients

  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  4. Season chicken thighs with paprika, salt, and pepper, then add to the pot, browning on both sides.
