- 4 ounces Irish whiskey (such as Jameson)
- 2 ounces Baileys Irish cream
- 2 ounces Kahlua
- 8 ounces vanilla ice cream
- Ice (as needed)
- Chocolate (shaved; optional for garnishing; mini chocolate chips may be substituted)
Instructions
- Start by drizzling chocolate syrup down the insides of two large glasses.
- In a blender, combine the Irish whiskey, Baileys Irish cream, Kahlua, and vanilla ice cream.
- Fill the blender with enough ice to thicken the mixture.
- Blend on high until the concoction reaches a thick, creamy consistency.
- Retrieve your chilled glasses from the freezer and divide the thick mixture between the two.
- Garnish with shaved chocolate or mini chocolate chips before serving immediately.
Notes
Chill glasses beforehand for a frosty experience. Customize with different flavored ice creams.
