Description

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Irish whiskey (such as Jameson)
  • 2 ounces Baileys Irish cream
  • 2 ounces Kahlua
  • 8 ounces vanilla ice cream
  • Ice (as needed)
  • Chocolate (shaved; optional for garnishing; mini chocolate chips may be substituted)

Instructions

  1. Start by drizzling chocolate syrup down the insides of two large glasses.
  2. In a blender, combine the Irish whiskey, Baileys Irish cream, Kahlua, and vanilla ice cream.
  3. Fill the blender with enough ice to thicken the mixture.
  4. Blend on high until the concoction reaches a thick, creamy consistency.
  5. Retrieve your chilled glasses from the freezer and divide the thick mixture between the two.
  6. Garnish with shaved chocolate or mini chocolate chips before serving immediately.

Notes

Chill glasses beforehand for a frosty experience. Customize with different flavored ice creams.
