- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Serve the chicken and broccoli mixture over the cooked grains in bowls.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or a plant-based cream.
