Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, add lemon juice, and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
