A delicious and easy-to-make Garlic Butter Chicken and Broccoli Skillet that combines tender chicken and fresh broccoli in a rich garlic butter sauce.

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add the chicken pieces and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, add lemon juice, and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
