Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the minced garlic in the melted butter for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Combine the drained pasta with the garlic butter, tossing gently.
- Incorporate the grated Parmesan cheese and some reserved pasta water to make the sauce creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
