- 2 cups cooked rice
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, chicken broth, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the cooked shrimp and garlic mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
