- 2 cups green cabbage, finely shredded

- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced salmon, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, beaten egg, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat (about 350°F).
- Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the cabbage slaw by mixing the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Once the patties are done, serve them hot with a generous side of cabbage slaw.
