Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, dried herbs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
