Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, ginger, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and garlic.
- Place the cod fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marinated cod on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cod is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
