- 2 cups milk
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup whipped topping

- 1/2 cup crushed gingerbread cookies
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the gingerbread cake according to package instructions and let it cool.
- In a bowl, whisk together the milk and instant vanilla pudding mix until thickened.
- Fold in the whipped topping and spices until well combined.
- Cut the cooled gingerbread cake into cubes.
- In a trifle dish, layer half of the gingerbread cubes, followed by half of the pudding mixture.
- Sprinkle half of the crushed gingerbread cookies on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining gingerbread cubes, pudding mixture, and crushed cookies.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
