Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the mushrooms until golden brown.
  3. In a baking dish, place the chicken breasts and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the sautéed mushrooms over the chicken.
  5. Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
