- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 apple, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Wash the spinach and cucumber thoroughly.
- In a blender, combine spinach, banana, cucumber, apple, lemon juice, and coconut water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add chia seeds and blend for an additional 10 seconds.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
