- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup green goddess dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, green onions, parsley, and basil.
- Add the green goddess dressing and toss until everything is well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
