Description

A refreshing and flavorful salad featuring grilled peaches, creamy burrata cheese, fresh basil, and a tangy balsamic drizzle.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the peaches cut-side down for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear.
  4. Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
  5. On a serving platter, arrange the grilled peaches and tear the burrata cheese over the top.
  6. Scatter fresh basil leaves around the salad.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can marinate the peaches in honey before grilling.
  • This salad pairs well with grilled chicken or shrimp for a complete meal.
  • Feel free to substitute mozzarella for burrata if desired.
