- 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Brush the peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the peaches cut-side down for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear.
- Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
- On a serving platter, arrange the grilled peaches and tear the burrata cheese over the top.
- Scatter fresh basil leaves around the salad.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
