A refreshing and unique twist on the classic margarita, featuring grilled peaches and a spicy chili salt rim.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 oz tequila
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz orange liqueur
- 1 tbsp agave syrup (optional)
- Chili salt for rimming the glass
- Ice
- Fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Grill the peach halves for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they have grill marks and are slightly softened.
- Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
- In a blender, combine the grilled peaches, tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, and agave syrup. Blend until smooth.
- Rim the glass with chili salt by running a lime wedge around the edge and dipping it into the chili salt.
- Fill the glass with ice and pour the peach margarita mixture over the ice.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less agave syrup based on your preference.
- For a smokier flavor, grill the peaches a little longer.
- This recipe can be easily doubled for a larger batch.
