Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together.
- Brush the pineapple slices with melted butter if using.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the pineapple slices.
- Place the pineapple slices on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and the pineapple is tender.
