Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and vanilla extract until fluffy.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the egg mixture until smooth.
- Spread the batter evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once baked, roll the cake in a clean kitchen towel and let it cool.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add heavy cream and green food coloring, mixing until well combined.
- Unroll the cooled cake, spread the cream cheese mixture, and re-roll the cake.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Decorate with red sprinkles before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Ensure the cake is completely cool before rolling to prevent cracking.
- Adjust the amount of green food coloring to achieve the desired shade.
