Description

Grinch Fudge Squares are festive and delicious treats perfect for the holiday season, inspired by the beloved character from Dr. Seuss’s classic tale.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Green food coloring
  • Red and green sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over medium heat.
  2. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Add green food coloring until the desired shade is achieved.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle red and green sprinkles on top for decoration.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
