Description

Ingredients

  • 8 tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup guacamole
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for 15-30 seconds.
  4. Layer beef mixture onto each tortilla with cheese and salsa.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam side down in a baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle additional cheese on top if desired.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
  8. Serve with guacamole and sour cream.
