- 8 tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for 15-30 seconds.
- Layer beef mixture onto each tortilla with cheese and salsa.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam side down in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle additional cheese on top if desired.
- Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Serve with guacamole and sour cream.
