Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add ground turkey, cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add broccoli florets and soy sauce, stir well.
- Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until broccoli is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
