- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- Evenly spread out the quartered croissants in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the diced ham and shredded Swiss cheese over the croissants.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissant layers.
- Press down on the croissants gently using a spatula.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for another 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with fresh chives before serving.
