- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate frosting
- Green and black food coloring
- Gummy worms and edible decorations
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling them about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
- Color the frosting with green and black food coloring to create a spooky effect.
- Frost the cupcakes and decorate with gummy worms and other edible decorations to resemble a haunted forest.

- For a richer chocolate flavor, use dark cocoa powder.
