Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
