Homemade Fireball Whiskey Caramels are a delicious treat that combines the warmth of cinnamon whiskey with the rich sweetness of caramel.
Ingredients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Fireball Whiskey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and heavy cream over medium heat.
- Stir continuously until the mixture reaches a boil.
- Once boiling, stop stirring and let it cook until it reaches a deep amber color (about 10-15 minutes).
- Remove from heat and carefully stir in Fireball Whiskey, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the caramel into a greased 8×8 inch pan and let it cool completely.
- Once cooled, cut into squares and wrap in wax paper.
Notes
- Be careful when adding the whiskey as the mixture may bubble up.
- Store the caramels in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
