- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Brush the salmon with the remaining marinade during grilling for extra flavor.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
