  • Sausages: 1 pound of Italian sausage links, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Vegetables:
    • 2 cups of broccoli florets
    • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
    • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
    • 1 medium red onion, cut into wedges
  • Honey Garlic Sauce:
    • 1/3 cup honey
    • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  2. In a large bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, and ground ginger to create the sauce.
  3. Add the sausage pieces to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the sauce.
  4. On a large sheet pan, arrange the coated sausages and the chopped vegetables in a single layer.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the sausages are browned and the vegetables are tender, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
