Description

A delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring shrimp, sausage, and broccoli tossed in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
  5. Stir in the broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  6. In a small bowl, mix honey and soy sauce, then pour over the shrimp and sausage mixture.
  7. Stir well to coat everything in the sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
  • Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
