- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb sausage, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
- Stir in the broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- In a small bowl, mix honey and soy sauce, then pour over the shrimp and sausage mixture.
- Stir well to coat everything in the sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
