  • Heavy Cream: 1 cup
  • Butter: 4 tablespoons, unsalted
  • Eggs: 2, large
  • All-Purpose Flour: 1/4 cup
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup, shredded (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the fresh corn, honey, heavy cream, melted butter, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
