- 2 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and olive oil.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush with the honey mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
- While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice and steam the broccoli.
- Once the salmon is done, flake it into pieces.
- Assemble the bowls by placing rice at the bottom, topped with salmon, broccoli, and green onions.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.

- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the honey mixture.
