Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and olive oil.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush with the honey mixture.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
  5. While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice and steam the broccoli.
  6. Once the salmon is done, flake it into pieces.
  7. Assemble the bowls by placing rice at the bottom, topped with salmon, broccoli, and green onions.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
