Description

Honeycomb Cheesecake is a delicious dessert that combines the creamy texture of cheesecake with the sweet, crunchy goodness of honeycomb.


Ingredients

  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 600g cream cheese
  • 150g sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 200ml sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100g honeycomb, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter.
  3. Press the biscuit mixture into the base of a springform pan.
  4. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the sour cream and vanilla extract.
  7. Fold in the crushed honeycomb.
  8. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the biscuit base.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly wobbly in the center.
  10. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese.
  • Make sure to let the cheesecake cool completely before refrigerating.
  • Top with additional crushed honeycomb before serving for extra crunch.
