Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, then mix until combined.
- Slowly stir in boiling water until the batter is smooth.
