Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup whipped feta
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through.
