- Dipping Sauce:

- 1 teaspoon chili paste (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper to the beef, stirring well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped Thai basil leaves.
- Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water for about 10-15 seconds until pliable.
- Place a small amount of beef mixture, vermicelli noodles, carrots, and cucumber on the lower third of the wrapper.
- Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly from the bottom up, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- For the dipping sauce, mix hoisin sauce, lime juice, and chili paste in a small bowl.
