    • 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves, chopped
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Rolls:
    • 10 rice paper wrappers
    • 1 cup vermicelli noodles, cooked and drained

Instructions

  3. Remove from heat and stir in chopped Thai basil leaves.
  4. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water for about 10-15 seconds until pliable.
  5. Place a small amount of beef mixture, vermicelli noodles, carrots, and cucumber on the lower third of the wrapper.
  6. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly from the bottom up, tucking in the sides as you go.
  7. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  8. For the dipping sauce, mix hoisin sauce, lime juice, and chili paste in a small bowl.
